- The Global Chief Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the development of a consumer led portfolio strategy, driving consumer/shopper segmentation and insights, optimizing digital marketing in alignment with company vision, and building and shaping an effective and efficient marketing organization through leadership, training, and motivation to inspire innovation.
- The Global Chief Marketing Officer drives overall marketing strategy, developing and leading a high-performance marketing organization and executing marketing programs necessary to drive profitable growth. The CMO oversees the strategic direction of all global brands and expansion, partnering with the SVP, R&D and Innovation to drive delivery of targeted value and volume.
- Our candidate possesses an MBA in finance and marketing and 15+ of years of experience in marketing leadership roles, enabling digital strategy, launching eCommerce platforms, and defining the customer journey.
