- The Chief Operating Officer, Group Insurance will work closely with the Employee Benefits executive leadership team to establish the strategic direction of the Employee Benefits Operations function.
- The successful candidate will develop and oversee the implementation of strategic and operational functions including claims, broker/agent licensing & commissions, case installation, enrollment, billing, a centralized quoting function for the field, and call center operations.
- Our placement has over 20 years of progressive senior-level operations experience in the Group, Voluntary and Worksite industry. His expertise across all operations functions include overseeing enrollment, case installation, medical underwriting, financial operations, call center operations, and vendor management. He is a well-rounded operations leader with proven success in the insurance industry.
