Chief Operating Officer

- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will help to refine and execute the company’s strategic plan and work alongside the CEO and other members of the Executive Team.
- The COO will assume overall leadership of the business including operations, human resources, sales, customer service, and coordination of all service lines and will interface with customers to maintain existing work, as well as to win future new business awards.
- Develop and implement a strategy to create a sales and marketing organization that will be capable of expanding the organization’s footprint, identify new service offering opportunities and play a major part in the growth of the company.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive business experience, with at least 5 years as a senior operations leader within a medium-sized private or public company. Experience in commercial or consumer services business models, that incorporate a distributed workforce, is a strong requirement.
