Position Summary:

  • The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve, first and foremost, as a strategic and active member of the company’s executive team and will be responsible for proactively driving human capital strategies and programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture.
  • The CHRO will naturally cultivate the trust and credibility of the CEO, Board, and senior management team, and will play the role of confidante and problem-solver on some of the company’s most sensitive and important issues.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in progressive roles, having worked for companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices, and in less mature organizations where they have gained hands-on experience building HR capabilities.
