This company is being spun-off, via an IPO, to be a stand-alone entity. This spin will require the CHRO to help the new leadership team establish the new company’s culture and HR systems.
The CHRO will serve as a strategic and active member of the new company’s executive team. They will be responsible for proactively driving human capital strategies and programs companywide to build an effective and inclusive high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who will have the opportunity to act as an HR visionary and thought leader, driving revenue growth through human capital strategies. The CHRO will have a proven track record of innovative successes and best practices when partnering with a business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in progressive HR roles, with companies known for having “best-in-class” HR practices. Previous experience in building new HR organizations or leading through a significant transformation is ideal. This experience should include working in a highly respected organization known for its merit-based, collaborative and value-added human resources function, rather than a command-and-control environment.
