Chief Financial Officer
Publicly-Traded Industrial Company
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team with responsibility for influencing the thinking and decisions behind the Company’s overall strategies, plans and operations.
- The executive is responsible for all financial plans, financial policies, financial processes and financial relationships of the Company. Relationships include the Company’s shareholders, lenders and the financial community.
- The successful candidate will have more than 20 years of financial/accounting experience within one or more successful and sophisticated publicly-traded companies. This individual must have the ability to work on critical strategic issues to facilitate the effective and profitable growth of the company.
